1. Products & Print‑On‑Demand

All our products, including printed T‑shirts, are made to order using a print‑on‑demand process.

Product images shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Final print colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing variations.
2. Orders & Payments

Orders can only be placed via our official website.

Full payment is required at checkout.

Once an order is placed, it is sent directly for printing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.

Standard delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date of order.

Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, holidays).
4. No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

As our products are custom printed for each order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

Exceptions will only be made if the product received is defective or damaged.
5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email support@nstags.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If approved, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and images on nsTags are the intellectual property of nsTags and may not be used without written permission.
7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products:

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Refunds will only be processed in the case of:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
